vPlan exists because scheduling shouldn't eat into teaching time. We watched instructors spend hours shuffling slots, juggling room conflicts, and rewriting timetables by hand. So we built the tool we wished existed — one that handles the complexity so educators can focus on what they actually do.
The problem
Most colleges still schedule timetables in spreadsheets or on paper. One faculty absence or room change means redoing hours of work. Conflicts pile up, and someone — usually a tired administrator — fixes them manually every semester.
What we built
A constraint-based solver that takes your courses, faculty, rooms, and time slots — and produces a conflict-free timetable in seconds. No more back-and-forth. No more "this room is double-booked." Just a working schedule.
